Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 June 2026

In plain terms: Intelliwri is a writing tool. You own your work. AI features run through your own provider, on your own account — you're responsible for that key, those costs, and for checking anything the AI tells you.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Intelliwri application ("Intelliwri", "the app"), developed by DeepFellow ("we", "us"). By installing or using Intelliwri, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Intelliwri on devices you own or control, for your own writing. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the app except as permitted by applicable law or the platform store terms under which you obtained it.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the books, text, and other content you create with Intelliwri ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership of Your Content and have no access to it. You are solely responsible for Your Content, including keeping your own backups.

3. AI features and third-party providers

Intelliwri's AI features require you to connect your own third-party AI provider (any OpenAI-compatible service, such as OpenAI, DeepFellow infrastructure, or another compatible endpoint) using your own API key and account.

4. AI output is not guaranteed

AI analysis, diagnostics, suggestions, and generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Intelliwri's findings are aids, not authoritative judgments about your work. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding what to accept. Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for your own editorial judgment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Intelliwri to create or process content that is unlawful, or to violate the terms of any AI provider you connect, or to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

6. No warranty

Intelliwri is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepFellow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Intelliwri or any connected AI provider. You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
